Rae Ann Panciera, the owner

In January of 2005, Rae Ann Panciera assumed ownership of Susan Rose. Rae Ann is no stranger to the business. She has worked in the bridal industry for 15 years and previously owned two bridal salons right here in South Florida.

With her keen business acumen and knowledge of the local market, Rae Ann has given Susan Rose some new life. It's no secret that the women of South Florida -- from Miami to Palm Beach -- are fashion savvy consumers. Rae Ann is well aware of this fact and ensures that her inventory can stand the varied and discriminating tastes of her clients.

More recently Rae Ann has also increased her selection to include a younger South Florida shopper to her clientele. Prom gowns have been a big hit at Susan Rose since their introduction to the product mix in 2005. And fashions for quinceaneras and bat mitzvahs are also creating a bit of a stir among the younger shoppers.
